Refund Policy
We are unable to advise you the reason for any of your ETA Visa applications not being granted as we do not get this information from the Australian Government. You will need to contact your nearest Australian Embassy and re-apply manually. REFUND If an application has failed, we will notified our accounts department to refund your application fee back to you. We will start the refund process immediately and your money will be refunded to you from us, within 5 working days. (Please allow 10 MORE WORKING days for the funds to clear the banking system)
ANY PROBLEMS If you cannot see your refund within 10 WORKING DAYS, please email us your name, passport number and request that we follow up for you with the bank. WE WILL NOT CONTACT THE BANK UNDER 10 WORKING DAYS SO PLEASE BE PATIENT. PROCESSING FEE In most cases the bank will charge you the Payment Gateway processing fee of approximately $3.00 Australian dollars. There is nothing we can do about this. REFUND PROCESSING FEE This fee of approx $5.50 is paid by us. You do not need to pay this fee.
Since we utilize the Australian Governments processing gateway, we are in compliance with the Government refund policy regulations which are; If your ETA Visa application is successfully processed, there will be no refund. To Cancel An Application Applications CANNOT be cancelled after they have been processed. If you need to cancel 1 or more applications before it is processed, please log into your UPDATE ETA VISA page, select the visa you wish to edit and press the DELETE button. You will have to DOUBLE CONFIRM the DELETE on the next page as well. If you delete the wrong application by mistake, you will be unable to un-delete it. If you want to UN-DELETE a deleted file, please contact us with the PASSPORT NUMBER and PERSONS NAME.
