We treat personal information as confidential. Information received by us is protected from unauthorised disclosure by virtue of the following Australian Acts of Law. The Migration Act 1958, the Crimes Act 1914, the Privacy Act 1988, the Public Service Act 1999, and the Public Service Regulations 1999.

A breach of any of these laws makes any employee liable to a criminal and/or civil penalty and possible jail sentence.

Your personal information will not be disclosed unless an Australian Court of Law requests it or you give us your permission and signed, in writing.
