Payment is by credit card only. The cards accepted by this site are American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Mastercard and Visa.There will be an entry on your credit card statement from ETA Visa Services Australia for the above amounts for each successful ETA application processed by this site. There will be no charge for unsuccessful applications. Your Responsibility If you enter the wrong details and your application is processed and approved, you will be billed (charged) for that application. Australian Governments Processing Gateway Since we utilize the Australian Governments processing gateway, we are in compliance with the Government refund policy regulations which are; If your ETA Visa application is successfully processed, there will be no refund. To Cancel An Application Applications CANNOT be cancelled after they have been processed. AMMENDMENTS If you make a mistake and need to ammend your application, you have a MAXIMUM of 48 hours to notify us with the correct ammendments. After this time a NEW APPLICATION FEE will be charged.
